We want you to be completely satisfied with your Anna + Nina purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all jewelry boxes or garment tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
